I made this cake for my sister who loves the beach for her birthday. Devils foods cake with buttercreme icing. Crushed vanilla wafers make the sand and ice cream cones make the turrets. Graham crackers make the doors and gingerbread. It didn't turn out as well as I would have liked. The graham crackers should have been the graham cracker sticks, but couldn't find them. Oh, well!
