Wow...was this cake ever chocolate! The tiers were Dark Chocolate cake with Raspberry Buttercream, Dark Chocolate Cake with Bailey's Buttercream and Dark Chocolate Cake with Mint-Chocolate Buttercream...all iced in Milk Chocolate Buttercream. The leaves were all molded in coloured chocolate pellets and the shavings were bought from a local chocolate shop.
