This is a Thomas Train Cake that I made for a friend's son who was turning 2. It's the second fondant cake I've made. It reads "Choo Choo Liam's 2" The train is made with chocolate cake and covered with Marshmallow Fondant (MMF). Sir Topham Hatt is also made with MMF The Cake is frosted with buttercream frosting and the letters are made out of MMF.
