I made this for my husband's Firehouse 60th Anniversary Dinner. I have seen a couple of these on cc and thought it would be a good cake for the dinner. Only the helmet is cake, the bottom is fondant covered cake dummy. The cake is a Chocolate Kahlua WASC with Almond Butter Cream Icing. It is covered in Chocolate Fondant
