He ia ALL cake!! :D well the actual feet and eyes are fondant balls but the rest is ALL cake!! he was really big! I started with a large 4" high sheet cake and cut into smaller rectangles which i stacked with chocolate ganache until it was high enough. I then ran three dowels through him to keep him stable (Oh i did all this on the cake board so he was never moved also) then i started carving (the head and body were all done together to avoid cookie decapatating himself at somestage could you imagine the

poor birthday boy!!) then added cylinders of cake (cut with a large glass) as the legs with balls of fondant for feet. the arms were more rectangles of cake stuck on with ganach and skewered then carved (there was a central skewer for support and another skewer to attach). placed black fondant in the mouth and pipped the rest with a hair nozzle (very saw hand after that!) attached two balls of fondant with skewers for the eyes. then made upthe cookies (this boy happened to be lactose intolerant so that was

interesting making choc chip cookies but we did it! I then glued them with royal icing, carved around one to look like cookie was holiding it glued to jis hand (then stood there till it dried!!!) and hey presto cookie was alive! sorry this was so long but it was kind of an envolved process I'm glad you love him!
