Made this cake for a potluck we had at the end of a class I was taking. It's my version of a strawberry shortcake-vanilla poundcake, strawberry cream cheese filling and glazed strawberries all covered in vanilla SMBC. The class said it was the best cake they'd ever had! I've been selling them every week since!
