I made this cake as the finale cake for the Wilton Fondant and Gum Paste Class. I had hoped to have many more flowers, but I tried making several new types of gum paste flowers, which seemed to take hours. Too bad most of them broke!!! The flowers that did survive are orchids, sweet peas and a lone mum.
