This is a 6â round layer cake. Chocolate cake soaked in Grand Mariner filled with chocolate-orange truffle and iced with whipped chocolate ganache. The Omega symbol on the top was hand-made free style from piped royal icing. This was made for an Omega Psi Phi fraternity member.
