Mickey Mouse graduation cake. This was a big task. I actually tried the candy clay on this cake. I guess I'm not a big fan of covering entire cakes with candy clay. It was a little frustrating and I found myself wishiing I had used fondant. I ended up covering up part of the clay with buttercream icing. It hind-site the clay did make the cake more sturdy.
