Banana nut cake with banana pudding filling iced with BC and covered in MMF. It was very moist and my family loved it. They have not like other cakes Iâve done with fondant so I tried new recipes from CC. Thanks everyone for all your help. This was for the Course 4 Fondant and Gum Paste class.
