My bro got married in Dec. but we didnt have reception. In april, my twin came out - we combined reception w/her engagement party.Did her cake tasting during visit. 1/2 carrot cake/orange curd filling/Grand Marnier cr. cheese icing -1 of tasting options. Other 1/2 Dbl chocolate cake/rasp. ganache icing/ rasp. cream filling -1 of tasting options. Not happy w/ squiggly writing, & ganache was rock hard (any advice?)-good thing SIL is karate master lol. One 'tied' knot, other 'not yet tied'
