This cake is not for a baby shower, but was made in honor of my new niece, little Josephine. She was born Saturday, May 31 at 12:07am. She was more than 2 months premature and weighed 3lbs 11oz. She is doing well now. My sister in law got to hold her for the first time today. I used the Wilton giant cupcake pan to make it and had to decorate the top like I did because my icing was too thin and I ran out of powdered sugar.
