This is the cake I made for my oldest daughter graduation. (The second graduation in two weeks- both of our daughters graduated from college) Cake is covered in white chocolate fondant. Grad cap is gum paste, power-E's are gumpaste, fondant ribbon roses, and gum paste curlies.
