This was inspired by someone on Cake Central, but I wasn't able to find her photo to give her credit. So whoever you are--thanks for the inspiration. These cookies were iced with Toba Garret's icing and stenciled with royal icing. The filler is red hot candies.

I based the stencil for the cookie on the left from one I saw from designerstencils.com. I had to enlarge it for a 5" cookie. The right one is part of another stencil from designerstencils.com. They have some really nice stencils and I think they can even custom make them.
