Okay, this was my first stacked square cake. The bride wanted a square cake with scrolls and a bow on top. It's all buttercream with fondant borders. Bow on top is made of fondant/gumpaste mix. I am SO glad this is over. The wedding and reception were outside in 85 degree heat, with major humidity and wind gusts. I was so happy when they finally cut it.
