This was for my mother for Mother's Day. She had no idea I was making it for her. I took it up to the hospital (where she works) and had it set up before she had any idea. She cried alot when she realized it had been hers all along. Anyways, it is strawberry with crusting cream cheese frosting. The roses were my very first flowers made out of gumpaste.
