This is a lighthouse cake that I made for one of our lunchroom ladies at my school. It is a white sour cream cake with almond flavored buttercream. The lighthouse was drawn on the cake freehand, and I used the tubes of Wilton's decorating icing for the red and black on the lighthouse . I used chocolate hazelnut buttercream leftover from another cake for the rocks. Any comments would be appreciated.
