made two cakes for a 13 yr olds birthday party, live in tx and the humidity was not my friend... i had actually made one more cake before this but it split in half thanks to good ol texas weather, so I made this one and it started to split also, so i had to lay it down it would have been much better standing up but the cake was so moist it just wouldn't stand in the humidity this is the back
