Wishing the birthday girl a wonderful life of love and happieness! This is a homemade fortune cookie about the size of a pie and taste like a sugar cookie. This was my first time ever making a fortune cookie. This sits on top of a strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream icing, and strawberries around the side. I had to use frozen strawberries because they were out of season, so the juice left a ring out the cake.
