This is a cake I did for my aunts boyfriends birthday. It is a chocolate 9x13 for the scaling board covered in mmf and hand brushed on the brown to give it the texture of wood. The catfish is red velvet carved from a 12inch round cake covered in mmf with mmf accents. He loves fishing and loved this cake!
