I made two sheet cakes just like this for two girl's graduation party. They wanted a cake with not a lot of icing and not a lot of graduation symbols. I still need to work on smoothing my icing on open spaces on the cake! 1/2 choc. fudge, 1/2 white choc, buttercream icing and flowers, royal icing letters and caps. Thanks for looking!
