Bottom cake is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Middle and top cakes are chocolate cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing. Fondant Ribbon Roses, Gumpaste numbers, Viva paper towel design. Looking for honest constructive feedback please - first time making stacked cake. I notice the cakes are bulging where the filling is even tho I made the dam with thick buttercream. Why? How do I correct this? The border was left with the points on it per request..they like how it looked.
