This cake was made for 3 ladies expecting in my office a set of twins (girl and boy) And two boys. This is a 2 layer 3 Tier Vanilla, Chocolate, and Butter Pound Cake with butter cream frosted and filled each layer was air Brushed with pastel blue, pastel pink, and pastel yellow topped with fondant and gum paste figures everything editable except the stork topper and 4 plastic baby bottles this cake also has three smaller cakes with the 4 babies as the toppers
