Pineapple cake with coconut cream filling covered with fondant and flowers to coordinate with party theme colors. This was a 1st birthday for a little girl who is part hawaiian and it is traditionally a huge luau celebration. I made a little duplicate cake covered with b/c so the little birthday girl could stick her fingers in it!
