This was "Happy Birthday Cake to Me" ;) - 8" chocolate cake with chocolate-orange cream. Recently I've purchased this art nouveau tulip cutter from Global Sugar Art and was very curious to see how it looks on the cake. I used Sarah Bernhardt Chocolate Glaze, the recipe from ShirleyW - I just love it, easy to prepare and easy to work with.
