5 Tier, 3 Flavor wedding cake in a beach/coral theme. Flavors included champagne cake with strawberry filling, choc/mint cake with choc ganache filling and lemon cake with lemon curd filling. I made all the shells from white chocolate. The beach 'sand' on table is a mixture of white and brown sugar.
