    this is great! are their 2 layers on each cake level? how did you do the bubbles?

    Yes there are two layers in each cake level. The bubbles are simply made out of the buttercream icing using a round tip. You just have to sqeeze the icing into the diferent sizes. Your hand hurts after a while, but it is worth it...loL!
