I ran into my Wilton instructor and she showed me the book for Fondant and Gumpaste class 4. I had already taken her gum paste class and all three of the other Wilton classes. But, when I saw this cake in the book I let her talk me into taking another class. I changed the details slightly from the book, but love the look. It is probably one of my favorites.
