I had such a good time making this cake! It's chocolate fudge cake with raspberry filling and BC icing. The rock part of the mountain is Rice Krispies treats covered with fondant, the trees are gumpaste with piped royal icing on top. The rest of the decorations are gumpaste.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this cake. I was asked to do a cake for rock climbing and couldn't figure out how I was going to do it. Thank you for sharing your wonderful idea of using rice krispy treats for the mountain. This tip is going to make my life a whole lot easier. Great job!
