Thanks to Lambshack for the inspiration. I just loved her Bowling Cake she posted on CC. ANd I couldn't have done this one without the wonderful DVD by Sugarshack. Just love how smooth I am able to get the buttercream icing. Everyone thought it was fondant! Anyway, this is a cake I made for my daughter's 8th birthday party. She's not into girly girl colors so this was a good compromise of colors. I also dyed the cake batter in teal, electric green, and pink to match the icing. It was a hit!
