This is a practice cake I made for a larger cake I need to make at the end of June. I never worked with ganache before and wanted to try it before the actual party. The cake is being made for my fiances parents surprise 40th anniversary party. Its chocolate buttercream-I used the buttercream dream recipe and added 3/4 c of cocoa (everyone keeps commenting the icing taste like mousse) and the WASC cake. covered in ganache with chocolate covered strawberries.
