This cake was done for a co-worker who was transfering to another department. Chocolate and Yellow cakes with a mixture of buttercream and mashed fresh strawberries for filling. All icing is buttercream. The string and text are mint chocolate, the mailing label is mint chocolate letters with a white chocolate backing.

great idea!! we call my sister the UPS lady because they are always delivering to her housethis is a great idea to send her a package from me and the kids!!!! love it!!
