This is a cake that I did for Mother's Day. It is a lemon cake with alternating layers of coconut cream mousse and raspberry cream filling. The cake is iced in Toba Garrett's white chocolate buttercream and is decorated with gumpaste tulips, orange blossoms, leaves and bow loops. I also decorated the cake in homemade candied oranges. The moms loved it!!
