This was my first 'real' wedding cake.. I had made one before but it was a dummy cake. Despite my best efforts, and quite a bit of time.. the fondant still turned out wrinkly in parts. Any suggestions? I had the cake sitting on a cake board the same size, and placed on something smaller (ex. crisco container) but still ended up with wrinkles. And like every cake I've done before.. I know what I would do differently next time. Definately room for improvement, but all in all I'm happy with it!
