These are my first NFSC cookies! I was asked to create Edelweiss cookies for our Annual Ladies Tea, the theme was "The Sound of Music," so Edelweiss cookies were requested. I spent the last couple months working on how to do them and learning what they actually looked like. Thanks to cassiescakes for her design ideas, and her help! They are NFSC, with MMF, and Yellow Royal Icing. They were delicious and everyone loved them!
