This was my first topsy-turvey cake for a local schools prom. It was originally 4 tiers, but while I was setting it up at the Country Club where the prom was going to be, the table started to fall, so when it did, we got the cake off before it fell all the way, but the dowels shifted and the cake started to crush the bottom layer. I took it apart and salvaged the top three layers. Did I mention that the person who runs the country club is my husband, So i couldnt exactly yell at them. I was so mad!!!!
