This was for a wedding rehersal last week. One of four cakes I did, so I tried to hint at the flavoring inside. This is my signature mint cream cheese fondant on a chocolate cake. The wedding colors were light purple, white, off-white, gray and black, so I made the "mint leaves" purple, and painted the chocolate fondant pieces black, so they'd be shiny. One of my new favorites!
