Baby Shower cake based on nursery theme "Eli's Elephant" by Pottery Barn. Original design included two cookie elephants standing against each other (think pup tent style) but when assembled for predelivery photo the cookies fell wiping out the rope trim which had to be redone. My daughter decided that since she was delivering it to her sister-in-laws shower about 200 miles away and ultimately assembling it that we would just put one elephant lying flat on the cake.
