Happi coat cake and cookies

I made my son a Japanese happi coat with his name in Japanese on one side and his Hebrew name on the other. The cake and cookies match his coat. The cake is pineapple upside down cake with another cake layer on top under fondant. So it is actually a pineapple in between cake!
