Taco Cakes
made these for my son's school class for a Cinco De Mayo party where they were making tacos and having salsa and stuff and the teacher asked if I could send in a dessert that matched the theme. These were sooooooo incredibly simple....so simple in fact I made a whole other set for the classroom I work in too!
