Mmf Bridal Shower Cake
14" x 3" round, double layer french vanilla cake with cheesecake buttercream filling & crumbcoat, mmf overlay. Silk hydrangea & ribbon with sparkly pearl garland and accents. This was a cake for a bridal shower at our church. All I knew going into it was the bride's colors were silver/blue and her flower was hydrangea. Most everyone was tired of the chain store bakery cakes, so this was a big hit!

would you mind sharing the recipe for cheesecake buttercream filling?
Happily, although I hesitate to call it a "recipe." :lol: I take 3 cups of buttercream that is a thin consistency, add half a package of cheesecake flavored instant pudding and a few drops of cheesecake flavored oil (as needed).
