Used the Magnolia Bakery cupcake recipe for a 2 layer cake, and BH&G Cream Cheese with orange rind frosting. I added a smidge fresh orange juice to the top of bottom layer with a wee bit extra moisture/flavor. It was another cake I sponsored for a local raffle. I heard that it was shared by everyone still at the party after my family left, with rave reviews!!! hehe
