My 3rd carving, banana cake, fresh banana filling and banana frosting covered in fondant, RI flowers and BC strings. Happy with the letters when I cut them out of fondant but when I placed them on the cake they did not fit perfectly, I fix it somehow and after the party when I showed the pic to my DH I noticed the "H" facing the opposite way, hahaha!, it was too late to fix, the cake was gone and nobody noticed my mistake thankfully! I still can't understand how couldn't I noticed it!!!.
