Thank you everyone! I used Wilton's version of making a petunia. You can find the instructions on Wilton's website under Decorating Techniques and then go to Basic Decorating Techniques and scroll down to Petunias. They use royal icing in their instructions but I use buttercream and then stick the flowers in the freezer to get solid or if I have more time, make them days ahead of time and let them dry. For the leaves, not sure if I used a #67 or a #349...sorry.
