More of a "pie" than a cake. It's a thin chocolate cookie crust, filled with a dark chocolate mousse made with Valrhona 72% dark chocolate and a little Godiva liquor. Piped shell top (doesn't show very well) of white chocolate whipped cream with a little vanilla bean paste. Side rosettes topped with a dark chocolate dipped strawberried drizzled in milk chocolate.
