Iced in buttercream with lots of gumpaste accents. I used molds and gumpaste for the sea horse and fish, and candy melts and molds for some of the seashells. I was inspired by a variety of cakes in the galleries. The sand is granulated brown sugar, and the rocks are chocolate rocks purchased on the internet.
