I made this cake for a charity raffle at work. Not only did the winner "take the cake", but all proceeds from the raffle were donated to the non-profit charity of the winner's choice (The Red Cross). I had so much fun making this cake. It's a 12" dark chocolate with ganache filling, 8" vanilla-almond with buttercream filling, both covered in MMF. The castle is white chocolate. The mermaid, shells, and other figures are MMF and/or white chocolate.
