Customer found a cake similar to this on the web. I changed a few things. Made using the Wilton 2 Mix book pan on top of an 11x15 sheet. All fondant accents. Chalice, host, & cross made using a $2 chocolate mold. All buttercream icing with fondant overlay for top pages.

Thanks! I did the BC pages by letting it crust lightly and then took the end of a small spatula and barely ran it across. I wiped the spatula every "page" or there was too much drag & it removed icing. I liked the way it sort of "feathered" the pages, too, so that they weren't as perfect as fondant would have been.
