Castle Cake
My biggest cake disaster ever...the turrets slouched over before the day was done. But, still cute. 14" square base - 4 layers. Swiss rolls on each corner. Individual fondant 'bricks' facing the outside of all surfaces. Turets and detail work done mostly in chocolate. The princess still loved it though. :)
What's not to love?!?! That's a lot of work! Doesn't look like a disaster to me!
