Final Cake Wilton Fondant & Gum Paste
Strawberry Cake iced in butter cream and covered with teal fondant. I wasn't thrilled with any of the final cake choices in the book so I made a little terracotta pot to house my daisies. I really like the result. The pink flower is a Wilton Fantasy Flower.

I just finished my claas to. I did not like the choices either. I did my own variation...Good job looks great...your daisies look better then mine?
sorry I ment ! oh ome more thing did you make your daisies out of half fondant and gumpaste or just gumpsate? there was a mix up in my class
Most are made with pure gum paste. Half of the baby daisies are made with fondant only as I made them a different time and forgot to use the gum paste and just grabbed the fondant.
You did a nice job! I too didn't really like the choices we were given; so I made my own :D
